Workshops & Events
For adults:
I run workshops for adults to learn observational drawing, or printmaking skills in a relaxed setting. These are suitable for all levels of experience. Previous workshops include observational animal drawings, lantern-making, beeswax candle-making, and making hand-printed Christmas cards. If you'd like to organise a a creative party or a seasonal craft workshop where your guests can learn new skills, have lots of fun, and leave with beautiful hand-crafted artwork, please get in touch.
For children:
​I run creative, fun and playful art workshops for children of all ages - either at school or at children's parties. I am a qualified teacher with a full DBS check. I'm an experienced facilitator of community and family art workshops. Previous activities include Lego printing, marbling, tetrapak printing, collograph, jelly printing and clay creatures. These sessions can be run indoors or outdoors in a natural setting. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
Pregnancy Bump painting

Baby Bump painting is a unique and creative way to celebrate a pregnancy. Whether it's for a unique gift for a mother-to-be, a baby shower, party, or for a photoshoot to capture this very special moment in time, I can paint a bespoke picture on the most magical canvas there is!
I offer this bespoke private service in North London.
How it works:

We have a phone call to discuss your ideas together and come up with the perfect design for you.

I travel to you, and we complete the painting in the comfort of your own home.

We take some beautiful photographs for you to treasure. We take as many images as you like, and you keep them all.

I use water-based, professional face paints which are safe to use during pregnancy and can be washed off easily with soap and water.

Depending on the intricacy of the design, sessions can take 2-3 hours.

'When I was 6 months into my pregnancy I reached out to Laura to see if she could paint me. We agreed on otters as I love them and their playful energy. It was a lovely sunny session in her back garden. It allowed me to stop and take stock and 'look within'- so much of my pregnancy was busy. The result was beautiful and a cherished memory. I have an Otter print of Laura's on my wall now, too.
